# Emergency Withdraws

All of TAO's current and future farms and pools support emergency withdraws

## What does this mean for holders?

If something were to happen to Friction Finance frontend such as a DDOS attack or a temporary outage, holders can still withdraw their liquidity via direct interaction with the smart contract.

Call the emergency\_withdraw function with the Pool / Farm ID to remove your liquidity.
